Description

The moon moves the oceans every day, and it never touches the water once. Some objects work like that. They change a room without asking for attention.
Luna is one of them.
Its globe is cut from alabaster, a soft stone that lets light pass through it. Inside each stone are clouds and veins that formed long before any of us were born. When the lamp comes on, those markings glow like the face of the moon. Every Luna carries its own map, and no two maps match.
The globe rests on smooth, carved wood, balanced by hand so the stone seems to float on it. It takes a patient eye to get that balance right.
Switch it on at night. You will notice the room grow quieter, the way the sea does when the moon rises.
